-Do we want a website?? If we have a website we can also have a forum. What this would allow us to do is build up a community and share some of our ideas for spells, P vs. P and much more. The problem with having such a website is we have to maintain it and it could take away from playing guild wars. So my question is do we want a website, and if we do what extent do we want to use it, and who would like to be in charge of it????

We will have a website, but it will be VERY easy to maintain. It will have stuff like a event list, that way if people want to do the same mission or meet up for Player vs Player we can all see when other people will be on.

-Next, what should we do about guild officers. Amy has been bugging me to make her an officer, but I want all the power for myself, muhahaha.... Just kidding. The advantage about being a guild officer is that you can invite people, kick people, and most importantly once we get a guild hall, you can start a guild battle. I personally don't have a problem making everyone I know well an officer, I know most of you pretty well... But, does everyone want to be a guild officer??? Or should we just limit it to a few people???? I want to structure the guild so it is hopefully organized. Unlike most of the guilds out there.

Guild officers have been taken care of. I have talked to the people I need as officers and they were picked on the times that they usually play Guild Wars. That will be initiated as soon as we are “officially” off and running hopefully with in the next week or two.

-What to do about teamspeak or ventrillo??? I would like to set up a server up all the time. I set one up every once in awhile, but I can't leave it up all the time, I do too many applications with my desktop. John might be looking into a server to keep up, but that will only hold 10-12 people. I am not sure if ventrillo uses less bandwidth... I don't care what we use as long as it is some kind of voice application and it is reliable. We will password protect it, and we will have to have someone maintain it. I could also rent one for like 12 bucks a month. I don't have a problem with that, but perhaps you guys have a better idea. Please let me know your thoughts....

Well I have bought an official teamspeak server. I will maintain it and part of the process is having registered users on it, thus I asked you to send your login name and password, and I will register you on the server. I will also give you the new IP address. I tried ventrilo, but was very unimpressed along with some other people. It was very unstable and I have had great luck with teamspeak (I have been using it for more then a year). So, it is up and once you are registered you can use teampseak 24/7!

-Guild hall, well we are far from that. They are expensive, like 80,000 gold pieces, but I am working on that, along with some others.

-How do we go about inviting people... How big do we want the guild??? I would prefer 15-20 really cool people instead of 35-50 semi-cool people. I have enclosed a link of how we could be some what organized and e-mail people we were interested in joining our guild. Then, they e-mail back the guild officers and we invite them into the guild. With that e-mail describes our rules, what we are about, and all that other stuff. Please look that over and see if you agree. I hope to be organized and ready to go in a few weeks. This link is the e-mail template, that will be modified according to everyone's suggestions, and we won't start that all up until we have voice and our officers all set up. I have taken care of this issue. I am in the process of writing the policy and procedures of our guild. They are almost complete, and once they are all done everyone will get an e-mail and copy of the rules. This will have everything to inviting people to teamspeak to many other things.... It will also be posted on our website.
